Clarify flowers and materials
Record fresh versus artificial flowers, fabric types, custom pieces and any substitutions allowed if seasonal materials are unavailable.
Check the schedule and responsibilities
Confirm installation and removal timings, venue access, power requirements and who obtains permissions for rigging or effects.
Get the commercial details in writing
